Concept & artwork created by Anakreon Kanavakis. The title “Media Luz” was actually done on neon especially for the album, was placed outside a cinema and photographed on site, lit up. • Η ιδέα και ο σχεδιασμός του εξωφύλλου έγινε από τον Ανακρέοντα Καναβάκη. Ο τίτλος “Media Luz” κατασκευάστηκε από νέον ειδικά για το δίσκο, τοποθετήθηκε σε τοίχο κινηματογράφου στη Φιλοθέη και φωτογραφήθηκε φωτισμένο.

What a fantastic design, and great concept and implementation to bring it al to fruition. The photo on the inside cover really pops out like it’s 3D. There is a lot of room to work on a cover for 12 inch vinyl.

Thank you, my friend! Yes, vinyl was duch a great… extravagant space to work on. I remember having to design cds, after vinyl… eventhough I had previous experience on cassette covers (even smaller than cds) designing cd covers seemed somewhat …deprived!
This title was actually made into a neon sign just to photograph for the album. Many people wanted to claim it for their homes after the shoot. I think the artist rightfully got it in the end.

Having the real neon was part of the great implementation. I would think the artist should get it.
