    1. Oh, yes! A stupid question but I wonder whether they are still in use or are films digitally recorded (bluh) nowadays?!

      1. Unfortunately, nowadays everything is controlled by the economy. No one would pay for it anymore. 🌹🌹🌹

        1. Horrible isn’t it?! It’s more than econony. It’s pure and simple evil.

  3. Something special about seeing film reels. You know exactly what they are about. In this digital age, they are all the more special

          1. Oh, absolutely! I smile as I got to play princess again with the chicadees, I sorta kinda captured part of the sunset (blasted clouds!) and I got some other beauty shots… xoxoxo

  4. Ahh…. the film reels, the good old days (not that long ago!)
    Great Logo.

Norm has a slew of music recording reels from before digital recording.
He asked if I wanted them, to use the miles and miles of tape for an Art Gown?
    I said “NO”!
    That stuff is incredibly flammable.
Now, if I had a steel Judy, and outdoors at a showing tossed a match at it, WOW! Talk about performance art!

    Not going to happen!

    1. Good old days….
That would’ve been a very interesting Art Gown. I wonder whether one could dip the reels in some ‘neutralizing’ agent to keep it from being flammable.
I can imagine the steel Judy with the Reel Gown on fire… but would you want to set it on fire? I wouldn’t!!!!! 😉 ❤️🤗👗👠💃❤️🤗👗👠💃

      1. Mmm, I do like performance art!
You know I used to dismantle all of the Art Gowns. I considered them like music. If not recorded, it goes into the air… the universe, somewhere.
So, I recorded them in photos, and named them (like you name a song), then took them apart.
Norm talked me out of this insanity, but it took him some time! xoxoxoxoxoxoxxo
I’ll look into a neutralizing agent. Still, more chemicals! One could only hope orange juice would do the trick! xoxoxoxoxox

        1. Oh, that must have been painful [even if you enjoyed the act!] I’m glad Norm talked you out of it! I do understand though. Similar [and a much much smaller scale] with my art candles. Guess what, many of them I haven’t burned! 😉
