Speaking of 4, have you hear of the Kline-Four Group? It’s the math concept of the symmetry group of a non-square rectangle with subgroups of order 2. But there is also The Kline Four Group that sings a very clever love song using mathematical terminology called “A Finite Simple Group (of Order 2). I think you will enjoy it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p84FPXA1_Jk
Besides the fun song, In music, the four-group in Kein-four is the basic group of permutations in the “twelve-tone technique” used in music composition. Also known as Dodecaphony, twelve-tone serialism, and twelve-note composition. It is a method of musical composition first devised by Austrian composer Josef Matthias Hauer (which you may know about), who published his “law of the twelve tones” in 1919. Who would have thought?
As with most things, I’d forgotten. Of course I’m aware of serialism. Even Schoenberg, who’s considered a founder came a couple of years after Hauer. Many known composers wrote in Dodecaphony, like Boulez, Webern, Stockhausen, Berg etc.
Creating a symbol for a company or a person is probably the hardest of all design projects as you have to bring together and convey in a recognizable manner the essence of a client.

Ah, thank you, Tim. Carré also means square or 4 of a kind and I think it was a group of four people who started this company.

I figured that would jar your memory of music in 12. A lot of flamenco is played in 12 count rythms.
